Everything you need to know about using Nnọọ for your wedding.
Nnọọ (pronounced "nnoh-oh") is an Igbo word meaning "welcome." It is a guest experience platform for weddings. You upload your guest list, write personal letters with AI support, and every guest gets a personalised digital card with their name, table, menu, and a letter from you.
Guests scan a QR code or visit your personalised URL (e.g. sarahandjames.nnoo.io). They type their name, and instantly see their seat, their tablemates, their menu, and a personal letter from you. No app, no login, no download.
The letters are written by you, with AI support. You provide the context: how you know each guest, a shared memory, what they mean to you. The AI helps you articulate that at scale. You review, edit, and approve every letter before it goes live. The personal details come from you. The AI just helps you say it.
Nnọọ is a one-time payment of £79 (founding price: £48 for the first 20 couples). No subscription, no hidden fees. Your site stays live through your wedding and for 6 months after, and you get a keepsake PDF of all your letters forever.
Yes, right up until your guests sit down. Guest cancelled a week before? Delete them from your dashboard. Table reshuffles? Update instantly. Name misspelled? Fix it in 30 seconds. Your site is always live and always current.
Upload a CSV or Excel spreadsheet with your guest names, table numbers, and any dietary or menu information. There is a template you can download from your dashboard. You can re-upload as many times as you like, and existing letters and notes are preserved.
Yes. Guest data is stored securely and only accessible through your personalised subdomain. Guests can only see their own card when they search for their name. Your couple dashboard is protected by email authentication. We do not share, sell, or use your data for anything other than running your wedding site.
The standard plan supports up to 250 guests. If you have a larger celebration, get in touch and we will make it work. Nigerian, South Asian, and Caribbean weddings with 300+ guests are exactly what Nnọọ was designed for.
Yes. The Planner tier is £49/month and lets you manage up to 20 wedding sites from a single dashboard. Each wedding gets its own subdomain, letter studio, and guest cards. Cancel anytime. Learn more.
No. Nnọọ is not a wedding planning tool. It sits alongside whatever you already use for RSVPs, registries, and logistics. You have planned the event. Nnọọ handles the love.
Every Nnọọ site is hosted on a global content network with caching, so guests only need a tiny bit of data to load the page. Most guests will use their own 4G or 5G anyway. For extra safety, your wedding planner can keep a printed seating list as a backup. We recommend this as belt-and-braces for any digital seating plan.
Yes. The site works on any phone or tablet that has a modern browser (iOS 13+ or any Android from the last 5 years). QR codes are native to iPhone and Android cameras since 2017. For guests who prefer not to scan, you can also share the URL directly — it’s short and easy to type.
Yes. Full refund, no questions, any time before your wedding day. We believe the product should earn its place. If it doesn’t work for you, we don’t want to keep your money. Email hello@nnoo.io and we’ll process it within 48 hours.
Your site stays live for 6 months after your wedding date so guests can revisit their cards. You also get a keepsake PDF of every letter you wrote, sent to your email automatically, yours forever. After 6 months, guest data is deleted from our servers. We will email you before anything is removed.
The AI model processes each letter request to generate a draft, then the response is discarded — Anthropic (the AI provider) does not retain the content. We, the Nnọọ team, never read your letters unless you explicitly ask us to help with something. Your letters are stored in your private tenant database, visible only to you via your dashboard.
Add one guest at a time from your dashboard, or re-upload your full spreadsheet — existing letters and notes are preserved, only new guests are added. You can change tables, menus, and anything else right up to the moment guests walk in.
