When you create a wedding site, we collect:
Your data is used solely to provide the Nnọọ service: displaying personalised guest cards, generating AI-assisted letter drafts, and managing your wedding site. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
When you use AI-assisted letter drafting, the context you provide (guest names, relationship notes, memories) is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate draft text. This data is processed in real time and is not stored by the AI provider for training or any other purpose.
Data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU) and served through Netlify. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
Guest cards are accessible via your personalised URL. Anyone who visits the URL and searches for a guest name can see that guest's card. The couple dashboard is protected by email-based authentication. Only the account holder can access the letter studio and management tools.
Your wedding site and all associated data remain active through your wedding and for 6 months after. After that, guest data is archived. You can request full data deletion at any time by contacting us.
