Nnọọ provides a digital guest experience platform for weddings and events. By creating an account or purchasing the service, you agree to these terms.
You must provide a valid email address to create a guest site. You are responsible for the content you upload, including guest names, letters, and any personal information. You confirm you have the right to use and share this information.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Couple plans are a one-time payment. Planner plans are a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time. All prices are in GBP.
You retain ownership of all content you create on Nnọọ, including letters, guest data, and notes. We do not claim any rights to your content. We store it solely to provide the service.
Nnọọ offers AI-assisted letter drafting. AI suggestions are based on the context you provide. You review and approve all content before it appears on your guest cards. We are not responsible for the content of letters you choose to publish.
Your guest site remains active through your wedding day and for 6 months after. After that, the site is archived. Your letters PDF is available for download at any time while the site is active.
14-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel your couple plan within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. This honours your statutory right of cancellation under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for distance sales of digital services. To exercise this right, email hello@nnoo.io within 14 days of your payment. Refunds are processed within 48 hours and settled by your card issuer within 5–10 business days.
After 14 days. The statutory cooling-off period ends and your purchase is non-refundable as standard, reflecting the personalised digital service already delivered (your subdomain, dashboard, drafting tool, guest data storage). We will still consider refunds at our discretion for genuine exceptional circumstances (bereavement, wedding cancellation, platform failure). Contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
Planner subscriptions. Monthly planner plans can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded.
Nnọọ is provided as-is. While we work hard to ensure the service is reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of any material changes.
